What do you want on your Tombstone?
The above phrase is a clever marketing tool for Tombstone Pizzas. However, it is a good question to ask yourself as well. Someday, when you die and are called to eternal life in Heaven, what do you want your tombstone to say? You can select one word and explain why that word would be on your tombstone, or you maybe could choose a favorite quote or Bible passage and explain why you would have that. If neither of those ideas seem appealing, you can write an entire paragraph that you would want printed on your tombstone. So, tell us, WHAT DO YOU WANT ON YOUR TOMBSTONE?

Boy this one is going to be hard...
What i would have on my tombstone would have to be a bible passage. Why I picked this bible passage is because it means you will always live, well live in Christ.Which is true because since we believe in him we will always live within him.My bible passage would be But you are the same,And your years will have no end.Psalm 101:27.It will have my name on it.Well duh. Some people will pick a cute saying they like or something, but i think it is important to always have God with you.Thaat is what i want on my tombstone. The End
what i would put on my tombstone
would be a carving of a picture
of Lake Michigan. I would put this on my tombstone because for all my life i have lived on the beach and i plan to live here for most of my life. The lake is a big part of my
life because every morning i wake up to the lake and every summer we always play on the beach and invite peoeple over to play on the
beach. when ever i need to get away
i always can just take a walk on the beach.I LOVE THE LAKE!!!
THE END
On my tombstone (some people call it a headstone) I would like to have the bible verse John 3:16. That bible verse is “For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him and is baptized shall be saved.” This bible verse tells me of Gods love for me and it tells me also that I will be saved and go to Heaven. I would also have a lamb and a cross on it just like my brother has on his headstone. This is what I would have on my tombstone. The End
I would have a picture of an American flag on mine because of who I am and what country I’m from. I would have an army. Helmet in front of the flag for those who died for me to be in a free country. I’d also have the phrase go big or don’t go at all. Because you only have one life on earth and take it to the max and just have fun. Because I know I’m never going to die of old age because of what I want to do when I grow up. I might die of a heart attack but not old age that means you didn’t go big enough. The end
Here is what I want on my epitaph:
Here lies Alex Smith, Great Christian, amazing basketball player, national champ, slaughterer of all Mystery person competition, history master, and the wisest of all men. He went out in a fiery blaze of glory, annihilating many of his enemies in the process. May his honor and glory live forever.
What I would have on my tombstone would be a picture. This picture would contain of two things. A heart and a cross. These objects to me mean "A true beliver in Christ", and "What it means to be a christian", all in detail. First of all I chose the heart because of the love JESUS gave to us and how he helps us everyday of our lives. Also how he died on the cross to save our sins now that's true love. I also chose the heart because it reminds me of how we are to share that love to others, including our enimies. It reminds me that if I can't love him/her because of something they did I look at that heart and just remind my self what a sacrifice JESUS made and I know I can at least love them. I picked the cross because of again what a sacrifice that JESUS made and know I will, nobody will, be as great as he. I also picked it because it remindes me of everyday taks that I have and if I think that this is to hard I just remind my self what a job JESUS did and know that something as simple as this is a simple job. This is what I would like on my tombstone.
The end
I would have the Bible passage Revelation 22:13. It says," I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. I would choose this verse because it tells everyone that when it comes to life God is everything. If you don't believe in God your life is wasted and you will go to hell. I would also have a cross to show that our Savior, Jesus, died to save the world from their sins. If you believe this you will be saved and live with God in Heaven for eternity. This is what I would put on my tombstone so everyone could see it and believe in Jesus Christ our Lord.
I would put the picture of a rook and bishop from the game of chess. I would put engrave them on because even though I am not good at it yet, I am obsessed with it. The rook is my favorite piece because it can get pieces very easily by moving a pawn on the side of the board that hasn't been moved before up two spaces. Then, move your rook up and on the next turn to the middle of the board. The bishop is a good piece because it can trap kings easily by moving a pawn that has never been moved before up two spaces and then sliding your bishop out. This is what I would have on my tombstone.
This is what I would want on my tombstone. I would want to have my favorite Bible verse Psalm 27. The other stuff I might have on it is a picture of my dog, a cross, a sign of trinity and a sword. Maybe something about enjoyed the outdoors and history. Other than that I can’t really think about anything else I would want to have on my headstone. I guess I never really thought about this topic. Now that I think about this how am I suppose to know what’s going to be on my grave. I only hope my family would write something nice and not spend a lot, because what does it really matter once your gone.
The End

Wow this is going to be hard. I would probably put John 3:16 or a different Bible verse. Along with that I would put here lies Katy a Christian, loves all animals, and a horse freak. It will also say, daughter of Mike and Teri Jackson, sister of Brian Jackson, and grand-daughter of Pat and Roger Sivers and Helen and Charles Jackson. It would also say other things like my spouse, kids and pets.(76) Maybe another thing would be that all of my friends would write one word they thought about me like, crazy, funny, silly, goofy, or something like that.
I would want on my tomb stone a bible verse. It would be Romans 8:28. It says: And know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Why? Because through all we’ve been through it all had a purpose. That includes lying, cheating, stealing, and all of that. It taught us how to look to God in a time of struggle. Without knowing God has a purpose for all of us and all challenges in our lives, we probably would have forgotten Him because we would have been so perfect in our mind. And that’s why I’d have that on my tomb stone.

I would like to be known as a cat lover... so on my grave stone it will say here lies Emily the great cat lover who didn't hate dogs, but just loved cats. She is also running out of room on her grave stone so I can't tell you about how coool she was! It could also say... here lies Emily... that is all! I just have the feeling that on my grave stone they are not going to put much. Oh well... at least I'll get a grave stone. Oh... here's another, here lies Emily Susan Plumeau, she is dead now! That is what I call a grave stone! I will never know though... I just hope that they don't put, here lies Emily.
don't make fun of me... i didn't know what to say so I just put things!
Here lies Cory cat hater and Basketball player. The reason i would want to have this on my tome stone is because i hate cates because there lazy,They scratch, and they never want to play with you.The reason i would haev the basket ball player one is because I love to play basketball its my favorite sport. That is what i wouold have on my tome stone.

I would want people to look at my tombstone and remember God and all he has done and how he shows us how to follow him. I would want my tombstone to say Lindsey T. Frank, and then underneath my name state my favorite Bible verse. This Bible verse is Proverbs 15:1= A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. This Bible verse would show people how we need to show respect and be good, kind Christians. Another thing that I would like on my tombstone, if I could, would be part of a poem I learned that states how God helps us = He’ll gently take your hand. He’ll guide you and protect you and help you understand… That life is never easy. There will be joy and sorrow, But if you learn to turn to Him, He’ll get you through each “tomorrow.” I would also like the date I was born and died. This what I would like on my tombstone.
On my tombstone I would want it to say daughter of Dawn and Don Priddy, and Sister or Rachel Priddy. Then my closest friends at that time would say sumthing about me that was good. Then it would also list my close friends, and all family members. It would say good stuff about me and what all I did in my life. Who my husband was and my kid's names. All my pets in my life and right now.SMP I would also have who barried me and who made my tombstone. I would have maybe where I lived and what state. I would have my favorite singer, author, and what I did for a living.
My gravestone would say, May the remains of Dana Marie Rich (or what ever my last name is then) rest in peace, and never be harmed. Please leave clear path for her heart and soul to go to heaven. Continue reading to remember the many interests she had. Loved and played soccer, basketball, softball, volleyball, and track. She also loved to swim. She had blue eyes, blond hair, and her favorite animal is the Panda. She had three brothers, names Jonathan, Nicholas, and Joel. She had and mom named Janet, and a dad named Barry. Her cat’s name was Carmel Latte, and was so cute. Her dog’s name was Millie, and she was cute and old. Thanks Bye
One Thing I would like on my tombstone is a cross with a bible verse around it. The reason I thought of that was because I was thinking of either a cross or just a Bible verse. Then I was thinking I could have both. So yeah I just would put them both on there. The Bible verse I would like to have on my tombstone is "that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life."
That comes from John 3:15. That means to mean that everyone who believes in Jesus will go to heaven and have eternal life. (That was kind of self-explanatory but yeah). that is what I would like to have on my tombstone when I die. THE END!!!

ok sorry I forgot to put my birthday, and name. I would also what that stuff on there too.
I would want my tombstone to have the verse Philippians 2:1-4, If you have any encouragement from being united in Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, If any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your interests, but also to the interests of others. I would have a picture of a cross or a heart. I would have a turkey because I like to hunt turkeys. :) I also might have the verse Philippians 2:5. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus. That is what I would put on my grave stone.
I would want it to say here lays Mitch Newhouse… I would want it also like my grandpa’s and grandma’s destined to eternal life. I would want Victory in Jesus too. And maybe Follower of YAHWEH or I AM WHAT I AM and God which are all the same people… I would have other stuff too. Like really good at videogames and doing good things with them. Also His life was unfun which is not a word and at this point in life is really really boring because I have nothing to do… And he was a normal average person well A little weird but normal.
The one word I would have on my tombstone would be energy, because I would want every one to know that I always had lots of energy. Also I would want a bible passage I dont know what one but I would want everyone who looks at my tombstone to know that I m a child of Christ. Also that people who morn the lose would know that I m in a better place with God and even someone that donest morn or even donest know about me they could also know I m in a better place. And maybe even someone who donest know Christ could see that and maybe become a Christon because or me! thats what I want on mt Tombstome.
THE END!
If I could have a Bible passage on my tombstone, it would probably be Ephesians 2:10. This is “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” I would pick this Bible verse because it’s basically saying that God made us to be on earth for Him, and not our own earthly pleasures. He wants us to spread His Word, for we live for Him. We please Him by obeying the meaning of this verse, obey God, live for Him, don’t live for pleasures of earth and put earthly things before God. This is why I would have Ephesians 2:10 on my tombstone.
This is what I would put on my tombstone: MATT WICKERT JULY 1 1994 - (whatever day I die) BELOVED... NEVER MIND.
Why, you ask? ...really I don't know. I always thought it would be funny. But if you want a serious one: MATTHEW GERALD WICKERT JULY 1 1994 - (whatever day I die) HUSBAND FATHER SON

This is what I would have on my tombstone. uh-huh... ...yep
ok... (hmmm what to say... what to say)
What I would have on my tombstone that would be engraved in the stone the Bible Passage Genesis 1:1, I would have a piece of paper with a pencil writing on the paper because I love to write. I would have a piece of art on it because I love to do arts and crafts. Then I would have a picture of my hamsters and their names. Then I would have my parent's names. Then I would have... Here Lies Erin Scholz 1994-(what ever year I died) a loving Mother, Sister, Wife, and Friend. Then I would have a picture of me and all of my friends. Then a picture of my and my family. Then what I would have to end with is the words... Never To Be Forgotten. Then I would have a picture of me.
Live Long and Prosper- Tuvok R.I.P. Zach Z.
By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return."
Genesis 3:19
and so on and so forth thats how my tombstone would go. This was a hard blog like i said on the first post. This is what I think would fit best on my tombstone. The bible passage i picked has been commenly used It is not the most positive verse but it has that sense that makes it a great verse and it gives us a bit more insight into man's orgians. The reason I picked The vulcan line is because I like the logic and the simplicity in it that is what makes my tombstone so neat. Thanks for posting this miss miller it really was a challenge, Live Long And Prosper.
If I were to have something on my tombstone it would probably be simple phrase.A loving and caring friend.I would like that instead of loving friend and husband because I don’t plan on getting married or anything like that.I would want that phrase on my tombstone because that’s the truth, I’m a good loving and caring friend. Even though sometimes it doesn’t really look like it cares or matters, I really do care about what’s happening to my friend and enemies. Many people just need to learn that if someone doesn’t like you, you should’ t not like them.So just walk up to the person and say,”Hey, can we just get over this and be friends.”To me that is being loving and caring
I would want The word FAITH on my tombstone because it would show that I had a good relationship with God. I think that faith is a very important thing in every ones life. It would also show that I was kind to every one including my sisters even though that it does not happen all the time but I want to try my best. It would aslo show that I had a good knowledge of the word of God. Like knowing some major Bible verses Like John 3:16, Hebrews 11:1, Psalm 23, Gennis 1:1, and Revolations 22:7. That is what I want on my tombstone.

Well let's see here.I will have to get back to you on this one ok. Ok I thought of it. I would like A big canipy over my tombstone and saying I was A great giver not A taker. Great bowler, father, son. Here are his quallites funny and said some things that he maybe should not have but he always did it at the right time.I would pick A bible passage that describes me that my best friend would pick. But A big statue of JESUS and A big bowling ball because those are 2 of the biggest things in my life. Those are some things I would have on my tombstone.
hi
hi hi hi!!!!!!! I love all the blogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hi!!!!111
The thing I would want on my blog would be a good bible passage such as..."For when you pray go into your room, kneel down, and pray to your Father in Heaven. I'm not sure if that's how the verse goes though. I would want a verse that I would like very much.I would want that if womeone walked by just by reading the verse they would know i believed in God. I would also want one that would help people learn about God by just reading the passage. I would also want a picture that is related to the verse. Of course I would want one that is carved in though. But yeah that's it.
Aubrina you are reading this aren't you
I would want on my tombstone is a bible passage. My bible passage would be the one where Jesus says to the theif on the cross that he will be with him in paradise that day. That verse means a lot to me because I know that God forgives us for our wrongs, and he will except anyone. I believe that God should be with you always, wherever you go.
This is what I am going to put on my tombstone.
R.I.P
Here lies Jack Joseph Clapham

Loved by all
I will also have Romans 2:10.
I will put Romans 2:10 because it is my favorite verse. I would also put the other stuff because thats what is on all other tombstones.
The End
hey, its elli agian. oops! didn't finish my blog!!!! here it is!
Anyways, I also think that you should have God in your heart all the time. I think it would be cool to represent him as your one and only God. That is why I would like to have a passage on my tombstone.
I wouldn’t really care as long as it said that I was a believer and that I followed Christ. I would also like it to say that I liked animals and I would never hurt them. I just don’t want my grave to say that I was a stupid person or an ugly person. I would also like it to say the verse John 3: 16. I would not want it to as short as here lies Nicole Lang. I would also want it to say that I liked pizza and chocolate. I might want a poem on the front. Any poem would work!
emily was here with me during this blog... again! LOL
My tombstone would have a message of hope and peace (along with my name, when I was born, when I died, and some Latin). It would be in a very medieval type of script, bold and powerful. The words on it would be meant to give those reading it that my death is not a thing of sorrow but of peace. I would use the Latin at first because it is what seems to be appropriate in that type of situation. The Reason the word peace is as it is, is because the language gives it power and truth. Finally I will tell you the words.

I would probably want on my tombstone that I was a Christian and that I believed in Jesus Christ! I would probably want the Lords prayer or the bible verse of Love your enemies! I think that was one of the very hard lessons God had to teach to all of us including his disciples too! I would want alot of my friends to be recognized for helping me and always being there fo when I need them most! That is what and why I would appreciate and want on my tombstone and I eventually die!
The End! =)
This is what I would want: “Here lies Caleb Cain, Christen, basketball player and team leader, lego builder, brave, adventurer, and friend. I would also have Hebrews 11:1. Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we cannot see. (My favorite Bible verse which was introduced to me by Ben’s Dad) It would be a cool tombstone. It would be a triangle. It would my name in capitals. HERE LIES CALEB CAIN. On the back it would say R.I.P. or rest in peace. On the back it would also have very one of my nicknames. Cabe, Feel the Pain Cain, and Cabesaurus Rex.
Alex you rock!
Wow thats tough! I would have to agree with Brina and have a biible passage on my tomb stone I don't know what passage I would have though. If it could be I would want it to be very colorful. Like orange, red, and yellow. but I don't have to worry about what I am going to have on my tomb stone though because I am planning to get creamated like my grandma. My momo and dad are aslo getting cremated. It was really cool because we burried her at the lake by her cabin where practiacly my whole family grew up.
Well there would be alot of stuff that I whant on my tomb stone. I would defanitally whant my Name on it. I mean who wouldnt whant there name on it. I would also have a picture of the cross and a bible. Also a bible passage. i wouldnt know what one though becouse there is alot of them. It would take me a while to pick out the virse. I also dont really know what book of the bible either. I would also whant some sentanses about what people liked about me. Thats pretty much is what i would whant one my tomb stone.
THE END!!!
I would like to be able to be known for my laughter and funnes. I would like the bible pasage John 3:16 which means that God sent His one and only son to die on the cross to save you and me so that oneday we can go and live with Jesus in Heaven because we have a resurved spot in Heaven. And if I die at a young age I will be remember for all of that.So that is what I have to say. And you con be garenteed to see that on my Tonbstone.
