some Christmas triditons at my house are.....getting a huge Christmas tree( as big as we can get it and still let it fit in my house),decorate the house, decorate the tree while listening to Christmas music. when we decorate the tree we start with the down stairs then do the up stairs. when we are done with that we decorate thefront yard. on Christmas day we go to my grandma's ( my mom's mom) and eat a huge dinner of grebbel, brook, bread and butter, and a desert.then we go down stairs and open presents. Then we usually go to the other Grandma's house. (my dad's mom) We usually just sit and talk with the family until the actual Christmas day and then we do the presents and we eat there.

my family doesn't have any christmas traditions but i love christmas!!! Santa always comes and i usually get to see my relitives! This year my cousins from colorado are coming.
We do have a "New years" tradition though. Every year we have a round robbin and go to different houses for appetizers, dinner, and dessert! Sometimes if we get to go to this certain house they have a pond and we get to play around it! We will also do sleding! whenever we go to the place for dinner they have an awesome game planned! Last time we played family feud! It was fun playing against all the different families. the end...

One of our traditions is every year our family gets together and eats dinner at my aunts house. After we eat everyone gets their presents and we form a circle. Then when it is your turn you get to open only one of your presents. Another one of our traditions is we get a tree and we put almost all of the ornaments that we have on it while listening to christmas music. We also go to christmas eve church and then open up our presents at our house. Those are our traditions we have at Christmas time. Opening the presents is my favorite tradition.

My family tradition for chirstmas is nothing really. We ussually just go to church, open presants then just sit around! FUN FUN! This year we are actually going to Minnesota to see our family. My mom's cusins or something are coming to Minn. too. I see My cusins's god parents, grandparents, G-grandparents, and many more. We open presants and talk and eat when we celebrate chirstmas. I like going to Minnesota to see my family! I never really see them except for my cusin's dance recital, and my recital and maybe a few other activities. Those are my families traditions for chirsitmas!

my family traditons are fun.First we go to the Abundunt Praise service then we go home and my makes a platter full of veggies dips, crackers, cheese, sausage, and other snack foods. We take as much want and then eat. Then we read Christmas verses. Then every year one of the kids(me,Corrianne,Gideon) gets to put a nativity Jesus in his manger. My Mom always puts up a big nativity set the day after Thanksgiving. After that we all open presants. Last year one of our presents was a girl. Yes a girl. We are sponsering a girl from Africa. We write to her and send her things. On christmas Day we go to my grandma's apartmant and eat brunch with my Dad's side of the family. Then a few days later, my other grandma and grandpa come to my house or my cousins house and we eat dinner with my Mom's side of the Family.Thoose are my Family's traditions.

Christmas traditions are very important , because these Christmas traditions are passed down from generation to generation. My family has a Christmas tradition , we have all of our relatives come over to our house and celebrate Christmas. Our relatives always brings a present for everyone and we always make sure every relative made it to our house ok and has a present for each person. Our family to me is very important because our family is kind of special in a kind of way I don't know why , but it just seems to me like we are special for some given reason.

My family has many Christmas traditions. The most important going to church Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. My mom has an obsession for hearing Silent Night in German, because my Great Grandmother taught it her so every tear she tries teaching it to me. We go to my Grandparents and my aunts and uncles also my cousin Paige. We open our gifts one at a time. We also get fattened up because of all the food we eat there. We play games like Jinga, Monopoly and checkers. Sometimes we go do to a Candle light Service and my Grandparents Church, it is really neat to see. These are just some of my ways we celebrate Christ's Birth.

Right around Christmas time we set up our Christmas tree and every on gets to put up their own babies first Christmas, 2nd, 3rd, ect. And all of our personal ornaments we got through out our life. Then on Christmas morning, we all wake up and in our p.j.s we open presents. Then right after opening our presents, we all try them out while my dad makes the best Mickey Mouse waffles in the world. After the waffles are done we get to eat them. We put vanilla ice cream, heated syrup, and strawberries. It is so good, and really something we look forward too. Then around 2:00 or 3:00 my aunt, Uncle, and two cousins come over for dinner and visit time. We have a lot of fun. I can’t wait till Christmas.

For Christmas we get or (fake) Christmas tree and get it set up with stuff and then we look at it and go back to whatever we were doing then few days later we normally go to my aunt’s and uncle’s house or our house and celebrate it with our families. First we sit around and have fun like playing on PS2 or watching TV. Second we eat food with everybody. Then we sit around a little and wait for people to be do be eating and put everything away. Then my favorite part we open our things from everybody. Then we sit around more and then we all leave.

This is my family tradition for Christmas. First, we go to church. Next, we go back home and eat supper. Then, we sing Christmas carols and for almost every song, Elizabeth and/or me play the tune on either trombone, piano, or drum. Then, we open presents. After, we open presents, we play with our presents. My dad, being an engineer, has us take out the building stuff, first: legos, k'nex, erecter sets, etc. Then we can open one of my favorite kinds of presents, VIDEO GAMES. Then, the next day, we pretty much relax and play with toys and watch T.V. Those are some of my family traditions.

I kind of have a family tridition with Christmas. Well I usually am the first one up on Christmas. I usually wake up at around 5:30 in the morning. Then I wake up my mom and ask her if I can open one of my presents, if she says no then 1. I go back to bed and wake back up at 7:00 and ask her again, or 2. go down stairs and look at all of the presents, then look at my presents trying to guess what they are and do option 1. If she says yes, then I go look at my presents trying to guess what they are then pick the best one open it then go tell my mom what I got. Then go back to sleep and wake up at 7:00
and do it all over again. At my dad's I wake up at 8:00, he's already up by then, and we open some presents. In the past my dad and I probabally are invited to a party , so we go come back home and play with our presents. So I guess you could call that a Christmas tridition.

Some terdistions that my family and I do to celabrate Christmas is that we hide a pickel. That is an ordment, somewhere on the Christmas tree. Eath the real or the fack tree. Then in the morning (Christmas day) we wait until everyone is up and we (Peter and I)run to the Christmas trees and try to find it. When one of us do we all give that person or dog a big huge (well I kind of do). Then we eat breakfast together. Then we have friends and family come over and we all celabrate Christmas together. We open presents and I am realy looking forward to this Christmas I dont know why well got to get ready for bed by.

Some of our traditions is going to the 3:00 church service. After that we go to my grandma's house and eat lots of food. Then we open our presents. The adults usually pick names out of the hat. Then the next day I open presents with my Mom, Dad, and sister. Then we go to one of my other relatives just to talk, play games, and watch basketball. The the day after christmas day we open presents with my other grandma. Then on New Years Day my Dad's side of the family has a round robin. At that we go to my 2 Aunt's houses and ours to show the others what we got for Christmas.

My family goes (or has) a Christmas party every year. We usually are with my cousins and grandparents (my mom's parents). If my parents are having the party, I usually play my trumpet or read from the bible. First, we eat snacks until the main course is ready. We then eat the meal. Then, we wait for everyone to finish. Then, we have a yummy dessert! When everyone is done we get to open presents!!! I can't wait to see what I get this year! Then we go back home. This is what I do with my family on Christmas.

Some stuff we do for Christmas is we make cookies for santa and we set out milk too!!! We also just make cookies for grandparents and other people. Then we usally go to my grandma's house or my cousins house and pass presents to everyone. Then this is usally do this before Christmas and stuff but we go watch the tree lighting downtown Cedarburg. Santa usally lights the tree. Sometimes and most of the time we get presents from our parents. Then we send my grandpa and his girlfriend a card and maybe a little present or two. Then santa comes and everyone is happy!!

We also do what everyone else does and we get a tree yada yada yada. We hang our stockings yada yada yada. We get gifts yada yada yada. we make a fire yada yada yada. We also have a huge dinner, not yada yada yada. Food is good! We dont do Jesus things on the outside of our house, but we have a nitivity set on the inside. At my mom's we decorate the horse barn. At my dad's we decorate the family and the living room. Well we dont have very many traditions, but at least i did my blog. THE END

These are some of my families Christmas traditions. Every year my mom and I go to my aunt's house to decorate cookies, and chocolate covered pretzels. Most of the time sprinkles are flying everywere and we go through tons of cartons of them. We also trade cookies too. Another tradition of my family is to go to church some time during the day on Christmas Eve. Then we all meet at my grandparent's house and have dinner and open our presents. We always open our presents in their basement. Down in the basement there is a huge table and that table is always filled and stacked with gifts. Another tradition is that my parents and I always pick our tree out together and my dad gets me a tree from our cabin for the basement. The final tradition is that we all thank God for Christ coming down to save us. Merry Christmas!

There are a couple of Christmas traditions my family and I celebrate every year. First, we go to my grandma's (mom's side) house in Illinois for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We go to church on Christmas Eve. We open all our presents early Christmas morning and eat turkey for dinner. Then, early the next morning, we drive down to Tennesee and go to my grandma and grandpa's (dad's side) house. All my aunts and uncles on my dad's side are there. We eat ham for dinner and then open all the presents. Then we stay a couple days and hang out. After that we go back to my grandma's house and hang out there for a few days. Finally, we go home and hang out there until Christmas break is over.

It is very fun. Then my family goes home and I usually sleep in my sisters room so we can wake up really early so we go down and open our gifts from my dad and other people. We go to my other grandma's house and do the same thing: Open gifts and hang out. These are many family traditions.
