Summer Camp
Everywhere I go, I see flyers advertising for summer camps. With fondness, I remember my own weeks spent at summer camps like LuWiSoMo, Lutherhaven, and Camp Creativity. Describe, in great detail, your dream summer camp experience? Where would you go and what would you do? Would you attend a Christian camp, a sports' themed camp, space camp, horse camp, band camp, etc.....

My Dream camp would probably be an animal camp; it would be called animal help, it would be located in captiva in Florida. What campers would do in this camp is learn how to take care of all sorts of animals, and later on in the week the campers will get to take care of actual animals and possibly take the pet home with them. The campers will learn how to trust their own animals and care for them properly. I think that this would be a great experience for me because, I would like to learn more about pets and I would also like to know just the right amount of love and care they need.
I would attend a game camp. We would study all the games in the world and learn all the moves. It would be so much fun to learn all the cheat codes and play the games without using the cheats. We would practice games against each other and once we are good we would have a tournament. We also would have races for beating the computer games and how many tries it took you to beat your opponent. We would make new games and put them all on a website and the instructors would rate them.
My dream camp would be a camp that you can go thier and you have a variety of choices so you could do basketball, Horseback riding or anything. Professinols who are good in that activity like for example singing Alicia Keys could come in and teach them all about that perticular activity. It would be in Denver, Colorado. You would also have alot of down time were you could go swimming or sleep. This Camp would cost 4 dollors every week you stay at the camp. At this camp there is also a church that everyone has to go to for a hour every Sunday. That would be my dream camp.
The camp I would like to go to is all-star basketball camp. Where you play in a league FOR 8 WEEKS OF THE SUMMER in Miami Florida. You would live in a five star hotel. You have practices for 3 days a week and 2 games a week. There would be a tournament after the 7 weeks. The winners get one third of next year’s paid for camp and a medal. The 2nd place team would also get a medal. Your coaches are Mike Kzeshefski, Buzz Williams, Roy Williams, Tubby Smith, or Pat Summit, Tom Crean, or Bo Ryan. It will be equal and evaluated teams. There would be 3 age groups: 4th and 5th grade, and 6th and 7th and 8th and 9th.
My dream summer camp would be a hockey camp. It would have NHL players teach kids how to skate, shoot, pass, and how to be the goalie. It would not be an overnight camp because it would be hard to sleep over at an ice center. The camp would be 2 and a half(18 days) weeks long. The first three days would be focused on technique and the basics. The next three days would be just shooting and stick sills. Those same three days (of stick skills) would be goalie days. The next three days would be practices. Than at the end of the 9th day the camp directors would split the kids into 10 teams. The next nine days would be a little Stanley Cup Tournament. If 200 kids showed up there would be ten teams of 20,so on and so fourth. Then the NHL players would be the coaches. The day would go as follows*:
6:30-8:00 a.m. open skate/ drop off
9:00-9:30 a.m. planned activity
9:30- 9:45 a.m. break
9:45-10:00 a.m. warm ups
10:00-10:30 a.m. different skill (every three days different)
10:30-10:45 a.m. break
10:45- 11:15 a.m. skill (every three days comes a new skill)
11:15-11:50 a.m. lunch
11:50- 12:20 a.m./ p.m. skill
12:20-12:30 p.m. break
12:30- 1:30 p.m. skill
1:30- 2:00 p.m. break
2:00- 5:00 p.m. open skate/ pickup
*Schedule would be different during Stanly Cup Games.
This would defiantly be my dream summer camp.
My dream camp would be a sports camp where they do three different sports; basketball, baseball, and football. This camp would be for three weeks. We would spend a week focusing on one sport and the first one was baseball. We did a skills test on the first day of each week so we could compare the two scores and see if we improved. We mostly played games the whole time but we would also take some time working on the fundamentals. We would have campfires at night and it would be a lot of fun. We would have NFL players come including Greg Jennings, Larry Fitzgerald, Antonio Gates, and Ladanian Tomlinson.
My dream summer camp would be a soccer camp! It would be a week long and you would sleep in a cabin! The best thing about the camp is that professional soccer players would come and help teach. For Example, Ronaldinho would come and help teach midfield because that is what position he plays! Or if you play forward Lukas Podolski would come in and teach you! It would be the best soccer camp in the world! It would be located in Germany and kids from all over the world would come to this soccer camp! That would be my dream summer camp!
My dream camp would be a beuty salon camp.They would teach you all these different hairstyles and how to do nails and make up. And if you were very good they would let you practice cutting peoples hair. There would be professional hairstylest to teach you.You would do this for two days.Then after that you would do make up.There would be people that would do celebritys make up come to the camp and teach us how to do that.and we would also do that for two days.
And last but not least my favorite, nails.We would do nails for two days and I would teach it. I love doing nails.It is sssoooo fun and I love doing funky designs.I would love to go to my dream camp.even though its super girly I would have a blast.
I would join an art camp! I love art and would love to learn more. I love the works of all artists. I would recreate and create paintings. I would love to use tools that we don’t use. I would love to learn tons more about Van Gough and Da Vinci. Art just makes me create and get out my energy. I think I could do more art but it’s hard for me to get inspired. I always doodle but cant find a piece to draw. That’s why I love to doodle because I get a lot out. I also love the classes because they inspire you. I want to go to an art camp.
I would have a music camp you could learn how to sing, play the guitar, even the drums or any instrument you can thick of. There would be Christian music, rock, pop no rap [I hate rap music It’s yuck music]. It would be on a beach in Florida so you could play on the beach and there would be a band playing every night. So people who learning to play can perform one night at the end of the camp and show what you learned. You can just go even knowing how to play something but you could learn more and perform more than once. Their also sometimes famous people could sing and come teach the kids playing the guitar and sing also

My dream camp would be a dance/fashion camp. A camp were you would have the option to learn and enjoy dancing or to practice making outfit designs and modeling. You could go to this camp for the whole summer or just for the day. This camp would cost 8 $ a week and people would sleep in really nice cabins or even a tent if they wanted to. There would be a camp Dream (that’s the name) all over the U.S. At the end of every week there would be a dance showcase and a fashion show. That would SO be my dream camp!!
My dream camp would be an animal camp; it would be located in Canada. It would teach capers about the wild animals that live in Canada. There would be some hands on experience that would let you get to touch and care for the animals and possibly get to perform a show on stage with whatever animal that you chose the times for the show would be from 8pm-10pm. there would also be food to eat and there would be a big under water cove that you can go and see the animals under the water, there would be fun for everyone.
I would have a huge football camp. It would be in either Florida or in Missouri. You would learn about football and all the types of plays and get trained to how to do them really well. Then at the end of the week, there would be a football game, where everyone would be in uniforms and play a regular length game. Then the winning team would get a trophy and celebrate, or I would like to have a video game camp. You would be taught everything there is to know about video games. Then at the last day of camp everyone would be in a video game tournament and the winner of each game would get their own copy of the game. I can’t decide between the two, so I put them both down.
My dream camp would be a camp in Northern Wisconsin. It would be a hunting camp. Every morning you would wake up at 5:00 am. Once you are up you would have eggs for breakfast. After breakfast everybody would put on their gear and go out hunting. If you got anything the camp would pay for it to have it butchered. At 12:00 pm everybody would come back in for lunch. After lunch if you wanted to go back out to the woods you could but if didn’t want to you could either stay at your cabin or you could go fishing. Everybody would have to be back at their cabin by sunset. Lights out would be at 10:30 pm.
I would go to a summer camp that would give you tours on the inside of WWII aircraft. We would learn about how they were made, how they ran, what they were used for and how to repair them. We would get to sit inside of them and feel what it was like to be the pilot who flew them. We would also have simulators that we would get to try out the weapons of the planes on digital enemy aircraft. When we would go to bed we would sleep on the bunks on the inside of the bombers.
My summer camp would be a Christian one. Every day you will have a hour church. There would be lots of singing and dancing. Everyone would be involved in the service somehow. There would so many things available for you to do. You would be able to rock climb, sports and art things. You would never be bored because of all the things to do. The thing that would make this camp different is that everyone would get along. It would be so friendly. Everyone is in charge of themselves. You do what needs to be done and help others.
My dream camp would be a baseball camp for all the players.some of the coaches slash teachers would be some baseball players that play in the MLB.Those players would be Ryan Braun Brewers, Prince Fielder Brewers, Cole Hammels Phillies, Evan Longoeia Tampa Bay Rays and Ryan Howard Phillies.Every Kid would be guarrenteed to learn a whole lot in the camp if they dont you get your money back.They would teach us hoe to hit, field, pictch, and how to catch. This would be sssoooo fun!!!!!!! I would want It to be a baseball camp because I love the sport so much. It is my favorite sport. THE END !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I had to go to a dream camp, it would be an overnight basketball camp in an indoor stadium in Florida. There would be all the best players from the NBA and NCAA. We would play a TON of basketball and have unlimited Gatorade. When you are not playing basketball, you could rest at the beach. When the camp is finished, there would be awards and you could get all the autographs from the ps. I would get Michael Jordan's autograph, Kobe Bryant's autograph, and Lebron James's autograph.
My dream summer camp would probably be a drama camp. We would get to meet some of the people going before we left for camp at an information meeting. Once we were acquainted with everyone we would be able to choose who we wanted to share a cabin with instead of being assigned. When we got there right after we dropped off our stuff at the cabins, we would go sign up for what type of acting we would do. Our choices would be reader’s theatre, mini movies, skits, or one of the three big musical productions. Everyday we would all do simple acting activities to help us become better actors and actresses. It would be a very classy camp and would not be dirty. The food would be delicious and there would be a really nice pool. It would be an awesome camp!
When I got home, I would keep half of the autographs and sell the rest on Ebay to get me money for next years camp.

If I could go to a camp of my choice I would go to a camp where I could build things. I would like to experience building large buildings, or bridges. Working with my hands and tools and creating something out of wood and steel, would be a great thrill for me. Learning all that goes into the construction of these things so that I could go on to college to be an engineer. I would also love to work with the heavy machinery, learning how it operates and being able to drive it would be sooooo exciting. That would be my idea of a really exciting camp!
my dream camp would be a cheer camp a week long. we would train for it and make up cool routines and on the last day, we would go to a cheer compitition. we would stay at a nice hotel and room with 3 other people. we would dine at nice places and it would have electricity. we would have one day to shop. it would be the best camp ever! we would all know each other so it would be easier to work together cheering. it would also be a christian cheer camp.
My dream camp would be a camp by a lake. All my friends would be there. We would do awesome camp activities like canoeing, hiking, archery, animal study, fishing, etc. You would have the choice to sleep in a tent or a cabin. The camp would last as long as you want it to. You would also have a choice to cook your own food or eat the camp food. You would get to have anything you wanted to eat. You could choose your own camp activities. Then to end each day you could pick a dessert of your choice. Then when you wanted to you would go home and rest.
I would go to a sport's camp because I like to play games alot.
I would want to go to a sport's camp where we could choose to sleep in a lodge or a tent I would do half & half so every other night I could play video games.
I would want there to be an indoor & outdoor basketball court. I would want a football, baseball, & soccer so I would be able to play all the sport's and have fun. You would be able to choose want sport you want to play and eat all of the food you want. Especially all the sweets we want!
I think that a water park/roller coaster park would be fun. We could all just run around and do what ever we wanted we would all have walkie-talkies so you could talk to each other and not get lost. Their would just be lots of food stands with churos ,pizza, fried stuff and candy and drinks like root beer and slushies. The rollercoasters would have big drops and lots of loops. The water park would have a wave pool hat tubs and lots of slides. At the end of the day the girls and the boys would go to different hotels to sleep.
