Just one thing!

Imagine that a fire was ripping through your house and you could only grab one thing to bring with you. What would it be? Explain why that one thing would be your top pick! (You need to assume that all family members and pets have already exited the house-so you cannot choose a person or pet).

If there was a fire in my house right now I would grab the pile of pictures I have of all my friends. I am going to make a collage (however you spell that) with all my friends. So that would be the thing to grab. Why? Because they are very important people in my life. If that was already burned up i dont really know what I wold grab. I think I would just start grabbing everything I see. Also if my pictures were burned up I would grab my cell phone if i didn't already have it in my pocket or something. that way we would have a phone to call 911. That is why my top choice owuld be ( the pictures of my friends). That way I would never forget the good times I had with my friends!
THE END!!!!

If there was a fire ripping through my house I would probably grabb my Bible. It is very important to me and I try to read it everyday. I couldn't read it if it was a pile of ashes, plus its the Holy Bible and you can't spread God's word with ashes. It is important that everybody knows God's word, and that they can live forever through Him, and if you just leave the Bible sit there and burn and grab some other object such as a small t.v., Game Boy, Play Station or Game Cube, etc., you can't spread His Word. You can't spread His word with a t.v or PS2.

If there was a fire in my house and I could only bring one thing of mine it would probally be my cell phone. I would bring that because then I can call 911 with it. I would also bring it so if my parents and I were on the oppsite sides of the house and we couldn't fine each other I and call there cell phone. If I can't find my phone in time I would grab my stuffed animals so they can comfort me and I can forget about the bad stuff and remember all the good stuff. The End!! :)

If there was a fire in my house,I would not grab anything but if I had to. Because worldly things are not important because they always be replaced. But if I had to ,the first thing I would grab is my Bible. Because it would give me trust in faith and in God. but to be honest i can't really think one thing that means so much to me that I would risk my life going into a fire for. Like I said in the beginning earthly things can always be replaced. because you need to have faith in God and beleive in him with all your troubles.

I would probally grab my trading cards. I have some extremely rare cards from Pokemon(which I only keep to sell for tons of money when they stop making them) If I couldn't grab my trading cards, I would grab our laptop that I am using right now.(see blog Christmas Memories) I would grab the laptop because 1. It is our newest computer 2. It has THE COOLEST SCREENSAVORS THAT DON'T PUT VIRUSES ON YOUR COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3.It is really cool! If I couldn't take the laptop I would take my G.A.S.P. (gameboy advanced screen poseable) I would take that because it is pure fun and very addicting(if I had a a Nintendo DS I would take it)

If I had to choose what I would take if my house was on fire would be are all the pictures of my sister and my brother who died. I would also take my parents wedding pictures. I would also take pictures of my guinea pig. I would take pictures of my relatives especially of my grandpa and uncle who have passed away. I would take all of them so I still have something left from my house. I could look at all the fun memories we all had especially of the trips we took. You can't replace pictures. I hope there is never going to be a fire in our house. That is what I would take if there was a fire in my house.

If there was a fire in my house right now I would bring this computer so I could finish my homework. Ha Ha, tricked you didn't I? I would really bring one of three things. Either my Bible, my favorite stuffed animal Fetch, or I would try and grab as much food as I could so me and my family could live off of it. The reason I would take my Bible is that I will be able to read Jesus's word and know that I would be ok. If I would bring Fetch (my stuffed dog), I would feel comforted because he is always with me. (Except at school) The reason I would take the food is because that was the first thing that popped into my head and it would be close to the door. That is why I would bring those different things. (I can't tell you now what I would truelly bring because I would be so scared I would have trouble thinking.) ( I'm not good at thinking when I'm upset.)

I have alot of things in my house so picking one thing is as you can imagine this is hard. I would want to grab some pictures or a diary. I think out of those two i would get my pictures because they leave a trail of my life. I would be able to remember things better and still have the loved ones in my heart. I would try to get more, but i might end up not even grabbing anything at all. I would think about getting my dogs, cats, snake, brother, mom, and other family members out. I know that it is hard for almost everyone to think of only one thing so here i stand (or sit) saying, get out! duh! another thing is i hope that none of us get into a fire like that any how!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You, emily

If a fire was ripping through my house and was burning every thing down to the ground and Have to take one thing it would be a baseball card holder with a card of my dad when he played for the Albuquerque Dukes (one of the dodgers farm team) and a baseball card of me when I was one year old. I would chose this one Item because it means alot to me and I can not get another one of either of them. It also shows that my dad made it to the big leages and it gives me determination to also make it to the big leages like him. The next thing I would bring is my bible and next I would bring my gameboy SP and game cube memory cards.

if there was a fire in my house, i would grab by far my Bible. it is the only thing that actually means a lot to me. i would choose my Bible because it is the one thing i base my life on. i read it, it keeps my interest, and therefore i can follow it as my house burns to the ground. i can also learn more from it as the fire still continues to burn my house down. i still have a lot to learn on dicipline and such, so i need my Bible to lead me to my life with God. that is what i would bring and why...my Bible.

if there was a blazing fire ripping through my house, i would grab cloths and money, or pictures because we can never re live the memories we had as a child. But it woudld be neccecary to have cloths becasuse we would have nothing and we would defenetly need cloths and money. I woud have brought my bible but its at school so i couldnt. I know i was only supose to pick one thing but it was a tuffy. I would also consider bringing food for my cat and dog, but not formy fish because i dont have my fish any more haha because i gave them to Genna.

I would choose my X-Box but it would take too long to unplug it, and I would burst into flames. So that is really not an option for me. Instead I would take my stuffed animal reindeer Rudalf because it belonged to my Aunt Cindy who has passed away. I would take it because I had fun times with her and that would remind me of her. My Uncle Bob gave it to me two years ago on Christmas. It was her favorite so she would have wanted me to have it because I was her favorite nephew. It is always close to me so I could get it quickly and not burst into flames.

If there was A fire burning in my house which I hope there will not but there is always A chance for there to be A fire in my house. I think I would have to grab all my pictures when I was A baby, vacations , weddings, and stuff like that.Because pictures you can never replace. not like A play station two and all its games that can be replaced. But memories like in pictures. you can never replace. All though I would also try to snag A phone if it was possible so I could call 911. I think that is what I would do But what would you do? don don don donnnn

If a fire was ripping through my house I would grab my stuffed animal I got when I was born. This stuffed animal is a rabbit named Co-Co. I would take her because a book, game, or most things could be replaced but a stuffed animal that carries love and support cannot be replaced. This stuffed anmial is soooooo precious to me. When I was little I left her at school and when it was time for bed I didn't have her and I cried until I agreed to sleep with a different rabbit. If there would ever be a fire at my house God would get me and my family through.

I would bring my old baby blanket because it brings back lots of memories.
Of me when I was little. It brings tears and gladness to me. It makes me
Think of my grandpa, he died when I was 6. It also reminds me of living in Illinois
and the friends I had there. It was a security item to me when I was little.
A friend named lexie has the same blanket as I do and it remindes me of her.
Even today it still comferts me. It brings back too many memories to let perish in the fire.

If there was a fire in my house Maybe because we left stove on. I would grab my photos like megan said. Because I always hear people saying (who lost their house) that all their photots got burned and all their memories were all gone.
Another thing I might bring would be My doll collection. One of the dolls I got was from my grandma before she died. It wasfrom Norway. Another one is from my mom it was a "gots" doll It was made in germany I think. Two others were from my other grandma who is not dead was an "american girl doll" it looks sort of like me and the other is a "gots" doll baby and when you hold her she feels like a real baby.
Isn't it true that the firemen say don't grab anything and just get out of the house?

I might grab my radio so I can hear the weather reports and SPORTS TALK!
These are the things I would take with me if there was a fire in my house.

Now if i could i would bring the Bible. then i would still have God's word with me.Thats better then dieing i think. My faith and God's Word are the most important things in life. Next i would bring pictures of my closest friends and relatives. Last I would grab my little brother.YEA I SAID MY BROTHER. He is only six so what if he couldn't get out. so i would grab him. That's what big brothers do.

If I could i would grab my whole house and take all the stuff out but that is not an optoin in this senario so i would grab my bible and the cool thing is i always keep my photos of friends in my bible and i also keep my money in there as a reminder that money is the root of all evil (or however it goes) so i would grab that and bolt because the bible is the most important thing to me another close option would be to grab my cd case because i think that my music defines who i am and i own lots of good christian songs and some others too so if a bible was already safe that's what i would grab.

Like food, sence I have a friend that lives right down the street from me I would stay their. I showd this blog to my mom and she sayed she would take her car witch has about everything in it besides it would be nice for everyone because we would be able to go to school and make money, and repair most of the things that got damaged. My next door naibors house got on fire and I was only 4. I was in the basement with my cozens and we heared this wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooosh and it was scary. I will never forget that.

If I could take only one thing I would not pick anything. I would save myself. It would not be good for me if I would stay in the smoke that whole time. I mean I do have asthma. If I had enough time I would take my backpack, because that has all of my inportant things for school, it has my New Testiment Bible in it, it has my MP3 player in it, it has my cell phone in there, I have one of my books there, and one of my most treasured video games in there. If that is not avalible then i would take my money. Then we could use that money to get us a hotel and some food.

If there was a fire at my house there are a lot of things I would want to take. I would take probably take a picture of my pets because I miss them a lot. If they were already burned I would take my stuffed animal Good Night Moon Bunny. I have had my Good Night Moon Bunny for a long time and I still have him. If he was already burned up I would grab my Duct Tape because it could help me put my house back together. These are the things that I would try to grab if my house was burning down.

I would pick my stuffed animal Mary if I had to choose one thing. Mary is a white and gray striped cat. She is very soft. Mary sleeps in my bed every night. Come morning she is usually on the floor. My Mom or Dad wake me up in the morning by using Mary. They put her up to my head and start talking as if they were Mary. "Good morning Erin, it is time to get up". Then Mary and I head downstairs to get something to eat for breakfast. I wish I could bring Mary to school for show and tell. Then you and all my class mates could see why Mary is so specail to me.

If there was a fire ripping though my house it would have to be my Pohtos or a big warm coat.(I couldn't pick between them.)I would take the pohtos because no one could ever replace them I would need some memories of my friends, pets, and family.I would also pick a big coat because it might be very cold outside, and whose no's how long you would be out in the cold. A reason I would prople not pick a coat is becaues all thoes things can be replaced but pohto could never be replaced and neither can all thoes memories. And that is what I would bring.

If there was one thing in my house that I would grab in our house. I would probably a Bible. Why i would pick this. Because, if you are in trouble you can always just read the Bible and it will tell you what to do. It also shows us very cool stories how God works in mysterious ways. And that could lead a great example for us about how we're getting our house back or something. It also can explain our relationship with God to others. That you would take a Bible instead of some other item. WIth taking the Bible you could also spread the Word.

The one thing i would bring would be our money because i would assume that losing our house would be a costly expense and we would not be very smart to let our money be burned if it was already out i would bring memorys out by saying this i mean objects that would remind me of the time before our house got burned down and when things werew very happy and good and we wernt in a financial problem like we would be if our house burned down. So in conclusion i think that if such a horribkle and surprising tragedy happened we shoul bring money to stay in a good finacial position
